The practice of meditation is to create inner harmony, one of the pillars of health. It's a modality that helps us realize our true spiritual nature. Traditionally, meditation aims at focusing the mind on the breath, a mantra, a philosophical principal, developing consciousness, observation and reflection of the self. By consciously reconnecting to our spiritual energy and harnessing the power of the elements and the universe, we can directly affect our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
