Meditation- Bio-Energetic
Being a pillar of health, the practice of meditation allows the practitioner to find inner peace, harmony, and to see their true nature.
Traditionally, meditation aims at focusing the mind on the breath, a mantra, a philosophical principle, developing consciousness, and/or the observation and reflection of the Self. Bio-energetic Meditation combine the traditional approach of mindfulness with the knowledge and experience of feeling and sensing our energetic body through grounding and body awareness.
This class helps students to reconnect to their True Essence, feeling who they really are. With intention we create a ground for what they want to be an invitation for, what they want to bring more into their life.Consciously reconnecting to our spiritual essence, our Soul, and harnessing the power of the energies of the sky, the Earth, the elements, the four directions, we feel our place in the cosmos. Knowing we are part of the creative force of the universe, we can transform, create and manifest the life that we want.
