Yoga Instructor, RYT-200 & Chopra Meditation Certified
Gail completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015 and has found her calling in teaching Yin Yoga. She came to yoga through her meditation practice and the long, still holds of Yin allow her to join this powerful physical practice with deep inward attention. Her own health challenge gave her a direct experience of consciousness and the long recovery allowed time to explore what it takes to heal. For her, it was a true connection to the body, a peaceful, accepting mind, with awareness in just this moment. Synchronicities led to the Chopra Center, their inner directed yoga and where she became a certified meditation instructor. When she found Yin Yoga, it became the vehicle to return to that place of healing, deeply connected to the body with quiet, centered awareness. It is her passion to offer this experience to her students, to find a different way to be. Her wish is that each student feels grounded in the body, centered in the heart and connected to their deeper self.
Her additional trainings are in Yin Yoga, Somatics, Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans and TRE. She lives in the North Georgia mountains among the “healing trees
